In this role, you'll produce accurate, value-engineered cost estimates while building client relationships and managing projects from inception to contract award. Daily tasks involve preparing detailed quotations, negotiating terms, and ensuring smooth handover to operations for successful delivery.

The Role
- Identify risks and opportunities in tenders for precise estimates.
- Support Quantity Surveying functions and conduct post-completion project reviews.
- Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and colleagues to ensure excellent customer service.
The Person
- Estimating experience in geotechnical, groundworks, RC, or structural refurbishment.
- Based in South West London
