Title: Head of Payroll Location: NorthamptonshireHybrid: 1 day officeSalary: £75,000 + bonus and company car JGA are partnered with a leading business that are seeking a Head of Payroll to lead their large payroll function and to drive future improvements! You will be responsible for:Lead and oversee the team delivering payroll for over 10,000 employees.Continuously review payroll and reward services to create a market leading function.Oversee key projects in collaboration with Senior Leadership. Ensure full compliance with legislation and relevant agreements.Review procedures to improve efficiency and promote continuous improvement.What You’ll Need:Previous experience in a similar Shared Services environment. Project management and implementation experience. Team and stakeholder management. High volume payroll experience. Strong character with ability to drive change.
