Project Manager

Are you an experienced Project Manager highly skilled in Lean Manufacturing Techniques looking for your next opportunity. We are looking for a Project Manager desirably from a manufacturing / production or Engineering background to manage existing and future projects for some high end clients. Key Duties: Implement LEAN Operations across the business Project manage existing & future contracts including the use of gated contract review & gated project lifecycle management processes with cross functional input, quotation & tender processes. Perform Production Engineer tasks including Process Failure Mode & Effect Analysis, change processes, & standardization of production processes Develop MRP/ERP system processes where applicable Develop a Production Planning Process relevant to projects Undertake Continual Improvement Activity Comply with Health & Safety requirements Develop & Prepare Statistical information via EMIR, CRM & Excel Understand, analyse, prepare engineering reports for senior management when requiredSkills: Project Management experience Production Management / supervisory experience Engineering or automotive background would be an advantage Lean Manufacturing Techniques - for example Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S Research and analytical Skills If you are interested in finding out more about this opportunity please apply and I will be in touch to discuss it with you in more detail This is a permanent role based in central Bristol
