It also supports accounts payable and assists with bank reconciliations and month-end tasks. The role: - Process of multi-currency customer invoices and credit notes - Maintain customer accounts, perform credit checks and review credit terms - Reconciliation of customer accounts and issue of statements - Credit control management to ensure all receivables are collected on a timely basis - Resolve customer queries and support accounts payable as required - Process multi-currency purchases invoices and credit notes - Monitor of accounts payable mail inbox and process supplier payments The candidate: - Fluent in English (written and spoken) - Additional fluency in French or Arabic - advantageous - IT literate with excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel - Previous experience of Sage Line 50 accounting - advantageous - Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence - Highly numerate, with strong attention to detail and accuracy - Well-organized, capable of prioritizing tasks efficiently and meeting deadlines - Proactive, able to solve issues independently and seek assistance when necessary The salary: up to £30,000 per annum French Selection, leading UK-based consultancy specialising in the recruitment of bilingual and multilingual professionals for international business (industries and services).
