Our client, a leading property consultancy firm in London, is seeking a qualified and experienced RICS Registered Valuer to join their dynamic team. The firm specialises in commercial and residential property valuations, offering a range of professional services to a diverse client base.

Job Description:

As a RICS Registered Valuer, you will be responsible for conducting accurate and professional valuations of commercial and residential properties. You will provide expert advice and detailed reports to clients, ensuring compliance with RICS standards and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities: Conducting property valuations for a variety of purposes, including sales, acquisitions, taxation, insurance, and financial reporting. Preparing detailed and accurate valuation reports in accordance with RICS guidelines. Conducting site inspections and gathering relevant property data. Analyzing market trends and comparable sales to determine property values. Liaising with clients, providing professional advice and addressing any queries. Ensuring all valuations are completed within specified timeframes and meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of property market trends and RICS regulations. Participating in business development activities to expand the client base and promote the firm's services.

Qualifications and Skills: Must be a RICS Registered Valuer (ASSOC/MRICS/FRICS). Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property valuation, preferably within the London market. Strong knowledge of RICS standards and valuation methodologies. Excellent analytical and research skills. Proficiency in using valuation software and tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Client-focused with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
