I am excited to be partnering with a respected care provider to recruit an experienced Care Home Manager for a high-performing care home located in East Dumbartonshire. This is a unique opportunity to lead a facility that has set the standard for excellence in care over the past 10 years.

About the Role In this role, you will:
Oversee all operational and clinical aspects of the care home, ensuring the well-being of residents and staff.
Lead and motivate your team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care while implementing innovative care programs.
Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and staff, enhancing the home’s reputation for excellence.
Work closely with senior management to ensure high-quality service delivery.
The Ideal Candidate You will:
Hold a current NMC PIN as an RGN or RMN with a proven track record in managing a clinical team.
Demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work towards budgets.
Have experience supporting older adults, particularly in specialist dementia care.
Be proactive, analytical, and capable of developing and motivating your team to achieve continuous improvement.
