Junior Business Analyst

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Develop and maintain relationships with the business function(s) and offer guidance on the IS plan to achieve delivery of the business plan. Provide advice and guidance to the business function(s) on industry trends and recommend solutions to achieve business objectives. Undertake analysis of end to end business requirements, and produce appropriate documentation using industry standard tools and techniques. Support the full project lifecycle including project leadership, requirements, design, test, and handover to support. Offer best practice & coaching to other team members in order to strengthen the overall knowledge of self and the team KEY EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good working knowledge of the business operation Experience of project delivery Good working knowledge of business technologies Experience of managing both technical and non-technical project teams Experience of influencing managers General appreciation of 1 year plan WOULD SUIT SOMEONE WHO…… Self motivated and can work independently Enjoys challenge Enjoys delivery and managing risks Can co-ordinate activities outside of their direct influence Is able to motivate a team Is comfortable juggling priorities Capable of working in a pressured environment
