OUR CLIENT IS LOOKING FOR SOMEONE FROM AN ESTATES MANAGEMENT / FARM MANAGEMENT / AGRICULTURAL LAND MANAGEMENT / LANDFILL AFTER CARE MANAGEMENT BACKGROUND TO MANAGE A PORTFOLIO OF PROPERTIES AND LAND TITLE: Land Manager – Farm / Agriculture / Landfill SALARY: £50,000 plus Car or Allowance, 25 days + BH, and Pension LOCATION: Maidstone YOU WILL HAVE BEEN IN ESTATES MANAGEMENT / LAND MANAGEMENT IN: Waste Management, Recycling, Landfill, Land Remediation, you may also be considered from Farming, Agriculture, Quarrying, Aggregates ROLE: Land Manager – Farm / Agriculture / Landfill You will oversee a wide range of Rural land and some commercial and domestic properties You will manage tenancies, licences and land agent duties Manage aftercare of restored landfill sites etc. EXPERIENCE: Land Manager – Farm / Agriculture / Landfill You will have been in Estates Management / Land Management in: Waste Management, Recycling, Landfill, Land Remediation, you may also be considered from Farming, Agriculture, Quarrying, Aggregates You MUST have a UK Driving Licence Any associated qualifications or affiliations welcome
