The team invest in innovative projects across wind, solar, and sustainable infrastructure. They are looking for an ambitious, proactive, and highly motivated Team Assistant to support the growing team.
You will play a crucial role in providing high-level organisational support to a team of investment professionals, by managing diaries in Outlook (across time zones), coordinating meetings, arranging international travel and ensuring efficient communication.
Very important in this role is your ability to engage with the wider Assistant team; you will collaborate closely, supporting each other with the entire team's work, global events, and team culture development.
This is an exciting opportunity for a very proactive Assistant with experience of working in an investment team/environment, who thrives in a dynamic setting and enjoys taking on a range of responsibilities. From arranging events and global team offsites to managing ever-changing demands and schedules, you will need to think on your feet and stay one step ahead to provide seamless support.
It is essential you have experience as an Assistant within an investment environment, or similar high expectation, client facing global organisation, to be eligible for this role.
