Multi-Realm Retail Property Leasing & Asset Manager

- £60k - £70k + bonus
Multi-Realm is a leading asset manager and operator of outlet centres and retail destinations in the UK and Denmark. Since the investment in the business by Multi Corporation, a leading pan European Retail Asset and Property Management company in Spring this year, Multi-Realm is focussed on expanding its business in outlets and shopping centres and retail parks.
With its impressive and growing portfolio, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Leasing & Asset Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in leasing retail and F&B units across the portfolio, asset managing centres, and working with highly regarded retail brands to optimize performance.
Multi-Realm is B Corp business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Letting retail and F&B units within the portfolio including negotiating of heads of terms along with deal recommendations and maintaining lease reporting.
- Developing and executing client target lists for current and new portfolios.
- Identifying and progressing asset management opportunities and collaborating with retailers across the portfolio to enhance performance.
- Collaborating with development and centre teams on refurbishments and unit reconfigurations.
- Working in a small team where collaboration and support is key.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 4+ years within the retail sector with extensive experience in leasing and Asset Management
- Whilst a degree in Real Estate is desirable, candidates with background in Retail or a related field will be given full consideration
- A genuine interest and understanding of retail are essential
- A proven track record of developing and maintaining customer relationships
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic analyses
- Proven ability to drive transactions and achieve results.
