About the Role: We are partnering with an innovative firm backed by industry leaders. Our client specializes in intelligent business applications, leveraging the latest in AI-powered solutions and Microsoft technologies, including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Microsoft Copilot. They are currently seeking an experienced Alliance Sales Executive to join their team and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships.Position Overview: As the Alliance Sales Executive, you will play a key role in identifying and closing sales opportunities within established accounts. Working closely with internal Client Partners, you will leverage your business development expertise and our client’s robust Microsoft solutions portfolio to drive success.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with Client Partners: Identify and strategize on sales opportunities within established accounts.Sales Execution: Lead, support, or co-sell to ensure successful closure of sales aligned with the client's offerings.Solution Design: Work with presales solution architects to craft compelling client proposals.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with technical and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).At least 5 years of experience in business development, ideally within the technology sector.Proven success in co-selling and managing sales through partnerships.Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform, and AI solutions like Microsoft Copilot is a plus.Strong understanding of the generative AI landscape.Skills:Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and nurture relationships across various levels of the organization.Technical Acumen: Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.Negotiation Skills: Adept at navigating complex sales discussions to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.Presentation Skills: Competent in delivering pitches to diverse audiences, from technical teams to C-suite executives.Personal Attributes:Team Player: Understands that success in sales is a collective effort.Curious: Eager to uncover the underlying needs of clients.Driven: Committed to exceeding sales targets and driving growth.Resilient: Views challenges as opportunities to advance the client’s brand.Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience.If you're passionate about driving sales and excited by the prospect of working with cutting-edge Microsoft technologies in a dynamic environment, this opportunity with our client could be the perfect fit for you!
