Xpertise have partnered with a global consultancy who have partnered with a Global Consultancy who are building out a team across the UK of D365 Functional Consultants (and Functional Architects) as part of a huge new programme of work.

Job Title: D365 Functional Consultant

Salary: Circa £70,000 £85,000 + bonus + benefits

Location: 2 days a week in London

Key Responsibilities

• Experience of Dynamics 365 CE capabilities and extensibilities.
• Leading business discussions with customer for project discovery and business process mapping.
• Leading discussions around business requirements, product backlog refinement and user expectation management in Agile projects.
• Understanding of Design & configuration experience in Dynamics 365.
• In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.
• Experience in doing fitment analysis of customer requirements.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders for data integration and data migration activities which can guide team of developers.
• Experience in managing Dynamics 365 projects in a capacity of a PO or BA
• Capable of leading RFP responses for green field/Enhancement/Support D365 engagements.

Experience required:

• Dynamics 365 CE.
• Functional Consulting.
• Bid Management.
• Team Management.
• Must have experience as a BA with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
