Air Conditioning Contracts Manager High Wycombe £40-65k + £6k Car Allowance + Mileage Expenses A leading commercial retail HVAC and Mechanical Projects specialist has a key requirement for an Air Conditioning Contracts Manager to join their team to run their installation projects across the retail, commercial, healthcare, and other sectors. The successful Air Conditioning Contracts Manager will be: Contracts Manager will survey, design, price, organise and run installation projects within Air Conditioning and Ventilation. Contracts Manager will be dealing with customer sales enquiries and carrying out site surveys. Contracts Manager will be designing and preparing detailed proposals and quotations. Contracts Manager will be overseeing the project management of new contracts, including dealing with the coordination of workforce and sub-contractors and attending site meetings with the client and main contractor.To qualify for this position as an Air Conditioning Contracts Manager you will need: Contracts Manager will need an excellent Air Conditioning (VRV & Splits) background. Ideally alongside the understanding of ventilation, chillers, controls, electrical, and commissioning works. Contracts Manager will ideally need experience within the retail sector. Contracts Manager will need pricing, quotation and O&M writing experience.
