Job Opportunity: Project Manager for DRiNKLiNK Employability Programme We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join DRiNKLiNK on a contract basis to lead our innovative Employability Programme. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by helping individuals with lived experience of alcohol misuse or caregiving enhance their career prospects. Key Responsibilities: · Onboard and coordinate trainers for skill development workshops · Interview and select programme participants · Organize and oversee all aspects of workshops and training sessions · Facilitate connections between mentors and mentees · Manage social media presence for the programme · Coordinate media opportunities to promote the programme · Monitor programme progress and report on outcomes Qualifications: · Proven experience in project management, preferably in the non-profit or social services sector · Strong organizational and leadership skills · Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities · Experience in event planning and workshop coordination · Proficiency in social media management and public relations · Empathy and understanding of issues related to alcohol misuse and caregiving Contract Details: This is a 6 months fixed-term contract position for the duration of the DRiNKLiNK Employability Programme, 7 hours per week.
