Are you passionate about advancing scientific research and development? We are seeking a proactive and skilled EMEA Sales Manager to join a successful bio-analytical instrumentation company to lead their EU sales efforts. Our client has been very successful in selling their platform globally, supporting a wide range of clients from academic institutions to industry sectors (clients across 20 countries!). Their technology provides precise and detailed analysis of nanoparticles, crucial for understanding their properties and behaviours at nanoscale. As the EMEA Sales Manager, you will spearhead efforts to meet ambitious sales targets and expand the market presence across Europe. You will promote the company's revolutionary platform for the analysis of nanoparticles, including extracellular vesicles and viruses. The position is based in UK, encompassing significant travel across UK & Europe, blended with the flexibility of remote home working. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday, position, offering a competitive salary plus commission payments and company benefits. Responsibilities: Develop new business opportunities and strategies as well as promotion, advertising, and presentation of products to relevant customers within both academia and industry. Utilise various sources such as scientific journals, conference lists, and social media to identify potential customers; evaluate the potential of leads based on predefined criteria, such as their need, budget, decision-making authority, and timeline for purchase. Manage and support Applications staff in their provision of onsite and remote demonstrations, conferences, and seminars. Attend sales/marketing events, including trade shows and conferences. Update and maintain customer relationships via CRM system. Report to VP of Sales & Marketing Travel 50-70% Requirements: A degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Immunology, Cell Biology, Pharmaceutical sciences or Medical Technology. 5 years of experience in sales of biological instrumentation is required. Knowledge of extracellular vesicles, virology or nanoparticle-based drug delivery.
