The school prides itself on its high teaching standards as well as a friendly and enthusiastic team who collaborate on all aspects of teaching.Job Description:The Teaching Assistant position at our secondary school near Winchester encompasses a variety of tasks aimed at supporting both students and teachers. You will take an active role in the educational process, collaborating with teaching staff to assist in planning and delivering lessons across multiple subjects. Your responsibilities will include offering tailored support to students, particularly those with special educational needs, ensuring they receive the guidance and attention they need to thrive academically. This will involve conducting one-on-one sessions and facilitating small group activities, creating an environment where all students feel encouraged and empowered to succeed.
