Job Title: CSA / Facades Manager (Short-Term Contract)
Location: Peterborough, UK
Contract Duration: Until the end of December 2024
Start Date: 7th October 2024
Rate: Up to 400 per day (CIS)

Company Overview:
Join a leading Main Contractor as they approach the final stages of a significant Data Centre project in Peterborough. We are looking for a skilled CSA (Civil, Structural, and Architectural) / Facades Manager to oversee the completion of the CSA package. This is a short-term contract role, ideal for someone with prior experience on similar large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the CSA package, focusing on facade works, ensuring project milestones and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee health and safety compliance on-site.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and effective coordination of resources.
• Provide technical support and problem-solving expertise as issues arise.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and reporting.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Gold CSCS card.
• Extensive experience in managing CSA / facade works on similar construction projects, ideally within the data centre sector.
• Strong understanding of civil, structural, and architectural disciplines.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
