F&B Manager Hotel Restaurant - Quality Branded Operation - Devon JWR is currently recruiting for an experienced Restaurant / F&B Manager for their new hotel operation in Devon. The hotel is planned to open in January 2024 with the successful candidate joining the business in September/October 2023. The restaurant will cater for hotel residents and also be a destination venue attracting guests from from the wider area. You will have experience within a quality F&B operation, and able to deliver, develop and maintain the restaurants standards and service whilst adhering to the Brand Standard, leading your team from the front-line ensuring they are trained to do the same. As Restaurant Manager you will have solid knowledge of managing and delivering your P&L to achieve set targets and results.
