People Partner Annapurna HR have been engaged to find a People Partner to join a leading Retail business going through exciting periods of growth and transformation.

The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of a professional and timely HR service to all employees and managers, supporting across recruitment, onboarding, induction, performance management and disciplinary issues. You will also be responsible for running a number of projects and new initiatives to enhance and improve the employee experience.

Role: Point of contact for Retail managers and Retail Leadership Team. Lead on strategic HR initiatives in addition to providing day to day operational HR support and advice. Support managers with all ER activities, ensuring processes are followed effectively and efficiently. Ensure that employees are on-boarded and inducted smoothly and effectively into the business. Support managers with any disciplinary, grievance or performance management related issues. Work with line managers and the wider business to ensure recruitment needs are met. Review and improve HR policies and processes and ensure these are communicated effectively across the business. Analyse and pull together KPIs for the Retail business area, identifying root cause and driving new initiatives to address issues.

Skills: Strong People partnering experience, acting as the key point of contact for advisory services. Experience working within a Retail environment. Proven ability to work autonomously. Experience leading on complex disciplinary and grievance cases with some UK employment law knowledge. Strong communication skills and a high level of written communication. CIPD qualification highly desirable.

This role is a permanent opportunity paying up to £55,000 per annum + benefits.
