Job Title: Software QA LeadLocation: London (UK based hybrid working)Salary: £60-£70kWe're hiring for an experienced QA Lead/Test Manager to join our digitial team. Experience with SaaS products is essential as you will be working with the team to test and release new features and improvements to our existing product as well as the launch of the new platform we're working on.Role and responsibilities: To manage the process of ensuring all software releases are delivered on time and meet the quality standards agreed.Helping define how your team thinks about quality and QA. Thinking outside the box, proposing changes, and trying new things are all essential parts of the job.Working with cross-functional teams, including the product team, developers and engineers to plan and execute releases.Developing test and deployment plansRequirements:Minimum 5+ years in a similar managerial role8+ years working with quality assurance and software testingExceptional communicational skills and the confidence to put ideas forward is essentialMust be able to come into the London office 3 days a weekIf this is ininitally of interest to you, please apply right away as interviews are taking place immediately
