This role is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate 6am to 4:30pm Monday to Thursday, off on a Friday however overtime available depending on workload THE BUSINESS A forward-thinking company in the timber processing and fabrication industry, specialising in high-quality timber products. They value precision and craftsmanship, ensuring every product meets strict quality standards. As the business expands, they are seeking a skilled Inventory Operative to support their growing production needs. THE ROLE Organising and sorting by different timber profiles, by using drawing and tape measure Reading a tape measure and marking timber accurately for cutting Inspect product and meet quality criteria Fills and repairs timber as necessary Supports in the machine shop – use to pushing product through spindle moulders THE PERSON Able to read drawings, and documented instruction Able to use a PC for printing works instructions and labels, scanning of labels for completed components Can write clearly and is organised and structured Experience as an Inventory Operative THE PACKAGE Pay rate of £11.50 - £13.45 per hour.
