We are looking for a Technical Account Manager on behalf of our client who designs and develops Quantum Processing Units (QPUs) and associated software tools. Responsibilities Act as a dedicated technical point of contact for the assigned customer Collaborate with the customer to identify and design use cases Provide technical advice and support throughout the implementation process Conduct regular technical reviews and optimization sessions Provide regular training on the latest solution updates Translating customer needs into actionable technical requirements Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and implement solutions Track customer satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities for the sales team About You Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. 5 years of experience in a technical role in customer contact, ideally in key accounts. A solid understanding of quantum technology and a scientific background are required. Knowledge of neutral atoms, an asset to have. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to explain complex technical concepts. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer success. Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
