The Role: We are seeking experienced Mortgage Advisors with a background in New Build mortgages. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful, well-established team where all appointments are pre-qualified, with no cold calling involved. Location - Fully remote or hybrid working available in Cheshire About our Client: Our client is one of the UK’s leading New Homes Mortgage Specialists, with over 10 years of experience in the industry. Salary and commission: * Basic salary: £25,000 * Guaranteed monthly amount: £500 for the first 6 months * Up to 30% commission paid on a tired basis * Realistic OTE: £60,000 - £65,000 Leads: * All appointments are pre-qualified and reserved with house builders before being scheduled into your calendar. * No cold calling – focus solely on qualified leads. Overall Package & Benefits: * 20 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing to 25 days * 4x death in service * Pension scheme * Sick pay after 12 months * Flexible working hours available * Every other Saturday off, with a day off during the week * All equipment provided for home-based work * Option to work from the office or full-time from home What’s Not to Love?
