Software Development Team Lead (Aviation Industry) Location: Fully Remote within the UK Salary - £55,000 HartleyCo is supporting an established and innovative company in the aviation industry who are seeking a dynamic Software Development Team Lead to drive their agile development process and inspire their growing team. Role Overview: As a Software Development Team Lead, you will play a mostly hands-off role in ensuring the success of the development projects. Your focus will be on running sprints, providing technical direction and guidance, facilitating stand-ups, and resolving conflicts within the team. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the software development team through effective sprint planning and execution. Provide technical direction and guidance, leveraging your knowledge in C#, .Net Core, SQL, Javascript and Azure. Run daily stand-ups and ensure clear communication across the team. Resolve conflicts and foster a collaborative and productive team environment. Ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet our business objectives. Requirements: Proven background in software engineering, particularly with C#, .Net Core, and Azure. Strong leadership skills with experience in running sprints and agile methodologies. Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities. Ability to work fully remote within the UK.
