Job Title: Technical Coordinator

Location: Remote/hybrid - Cambridge

Salary: up to 300 per day, depending on experience

This is a flexible role for an Architectural Technician/Technical Manager/Technical Coordinator. The role involves tasks such as Building Regulation applications, resolving Building Regulation queries, pre-application plan checks, technical drawing, resolving technical queries, sales drawings, working with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and planning applications. This is a flexible working hybrid role with working from home and/or at the offices in Cambridgeshire.

Responsibilities:

• Building Regulation applications
• Building Regulation queries and resolutions
• Pre-submission plan checks
• Plan and elevation drawings
• Access statements
• Technical manufacturing drawings
• L2 & BB101 calculations
• Planning applications
• Client support pre-contract
• Costings

We would welcome conversations with candidates who:

• Has architectural Technology and Architecture skills
• Has technical drawing and construction drawings skills
• Has proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
• Has experience in the construction industry and project management
• Has strong communication and collaboration skills
• Understands UK Building Regulations
• Has experience in the modular construction industry
• Has the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Has a Degree in Architectural Technology, Architecture, or related field
