Internal Site Manager

Henry Martin Group are seeking a strong Site Manager to join a major contractors new build residential scheme in London. This project is a presitigous development that is going to transform the local area. The project is in north west / central London. The contractor are seeking a dynamic individual who has a pro-active approach and has strong leadership and communication skils to co-ordinate subbies. You will be initally overseeing circa 70-80 units. This is a slightly higher specification but there is no requirement to have worked on high end schemes previously. Requirements: * Proven track record delivering internal packages on residential RC frame projects * Strong and personable character * Boots-on-the-ground type person * A carpentry/drylining background is desired but not essential * Ability to multi-task and go the extra mile * Longevity within positions (freelancers will not be considered) If you are interested in this position and would like to hear more detials regarding the role, please apply with your most upto date CV or contact George Isaac
