What You'll Be Doing: In this hands-on role, you'll be making sure the factory and machinery are running efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Your key responsibilities will include: Attending breakdowns and getting everything back up and running quickly - keeping production on target. Performing planned preventative maintenance to avoid disruptions and extend machinery life. Keeping accurate records of all your work using the CMMS system. Communicating clearly with other teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth operations. Always putting Health & Safety and food safety first. Contributing to continuous improvement projects to make the factory more efficient. Managing stock levels of essential parts and tools. Getting involved in machinery upgrades and building projects. What We're Looking For: Previous experience in FMCG or food manufacturing - experience with packaging machines is a big plus. You're qualified to the 18th Edition and trained to Food Hygiene Level 2 and HACCP Level 2 standards. A self-motivated, enthusiastic, and flexible team player with a problem-solving mindset. Someone who thrives under pressure and takes pride in getting the job done to the highest standard.
