Housing Services Manager (Neighbourhood & Community)
Location: Durham or Ashington
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37 per week
Salary: £51,318 per annum (inclusive of car allowance)

About the role:
- Were looking for a talented customer centric leader to lead the delivery of exceptional housing services that are customer focussed, accessible and visible.
- You'll drive a culture that values and prioritises customer satisfaction, ensuring that our tenants are at the heart of everything we do.
- You will drive forward our neighbourhood service offer, which includes allocation of our homes, tenancy management and community safety.
About you:
You will need:
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing people and bringing people together.
- Strong background in Neighbourhood Management and ASB/Community Safety.
- Strong performance management background
