About the role: As a KS2 Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum, ensuring all pupils have the opportunity to excel. You’ll be joining a dedicated and experienced team that works collaboratively to provide a well-rounded education. This role requires someone who can inspire and motivate pupils, bringing out the best in each student. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of students, ensuring inclusivity in every lesson and adapting teaching to meet various learning needs, including those with special educational needs (SEN). Application Requirements: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). • Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (preferred, but strong ECTs will be considered). • A passion for teaching and a commitment to student achievement. • Ability to differentiate instruction and engage students of all abilities. • Strong classroom management skills. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across the KS2 curriculum. • Assess, track, and report on pupil progress. • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment. • Work collaboratively with colleagues to share ideas, strategies, and best practices. • Communicate effectively with parents and carers, providing regular feedback on pupil progress.
