Casino Manager

We are recruiting a Casino Manager for a client of ours in Reading! With branches across the South East, the high end venues are predominantly located in busy high streets throughout the wider London area. The Business is orientated around the customer experience with top levels of service and engagement. As we are growing the business, there is huge opportunity for growth and progression for the team. We are an SME by stature but aim to bring together the investment and structure of bigger businesses whilst keeping the small business environment for our people. What we are looking for in our Manager: · Personable · Great Communicator · Ambitious · Wants to lead from the front · We are happy to look for someone at the start of their management journey · Someone who can evidence thriving in fast paced environments (busy restaurants, hotels etc) · Ideally someone with 24 hour business experience (Shifts will be evenings and weekends on a rota basis) very rarely nights.
