Business Development Manager Are you looking for your next challenge? Are you a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager, or looking to take the next step in your career to become one? We are seeking two Business Development Managers to join one of our business units, and support us in our significant growth plans.

A top provider of fleet management software to the automotive and leasing industries.
A global leader in dealer stock management, pricing decision tools (B2B and B2C), fleet remarketing price optimisation, RV forecasting tools, and market reporting.
Role: As the National Business Development Manager for INDICATA , you will drive new business contracts with dealer prospects and re-secure existing clients using a structured engagement process. You will also sell remarketing services to all our customers in line with our business plans.
Identify and target key individuals within dealer groups (CEO, CFO, Operations Director, Used Car Director).
Pre-prospect by reviewing dealer group pricing and stock management performance using INDICATA tools.
Qualify prospects by analysing their pricing strategy throughout their used car process.
Introduce INDICATA’s dynamic pricing philosophy to support dealer profitability and used car performance.
Negotiate and close long-term contracts with dealer groups.
Implement INDICATA products within dealership management, training all management layers.
Engage post-implementation with dealer staff, addressing issues and enhancing tool usage.
Utilize the company’s Salesforce CRM tool to record all activities and maintain follow-up cycles.
Seek market intelligence on competitive products and inform management of challenges and threats.
Identify opportunities for other business products and introduce sales specialists to key decision makers.
Essential: You should have sales experience across B2B, a good understanding of the automotive industry, the ability to convince others to embrace new products, the ability to build relationships at a senior level, be highly organized, a self-starter and have commercial awareness.
Desirable: IT skills (Microsoft including Outlook and Excel), experience with structured CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
