Are you an experienced Report Writer looking to join a small and knowledgeable team on a permanent basis in the Truro area.

Provide high-quality report writing support and research to our financial planners in accordance with Duchy IFA’s strategies, policies, and procedures. Maintain client electronic files to a very high standard and ensure they are regularly updated. Communicate effectively with Advisers, Clients, Colleagues, Providers, and Introducers. Uphold client confidentiality, data protection, and other legislative and organisational responsibilities. Collaborate with relevant teams regarding compliance, administration, technology, etc. Ensure compliance procedures are followed strictly and in a timely manner. Person Specification

Experience in a financial services and/or client-focused report writing environment. Familiarity with Intelligent Office and Genovo is preferred. Knowledge of financial services, including FCA regulations. Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to communicate effectively and interact with individuals in various contexts. Proficient in analysing information with precision. Exceptional numerical skills. Self-motivated and capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining high work standards. Competence in handling confidential information appropriately.
