Production Supervisor

We are recruiting for an established Scottish business in Ayrshire who are looking to add a Production Supervisor to their operation. Working on a 2-week shift rotation basis Monday-Friday (day shift/backshift) you will assist management in implementing process improvements to enhance the production capabilities, output and, critically, the quality of product into the marketplace. Key Duties: * Monitor and manage production KPI’s * Oversee health & safety for production area. Carry out risk assessments and accident investigations. * Quality Control - Ensure production/quality processes, equipment being used, and the working environments are all conducive to producing a high-quality product/service. * Ensure that the production area is clean and that all safety mitigation measures are in place What you’ll need * Production Supervisory experience * Attention to detail. * Excellent communication skills In return, you can expect a competitive hourly rate in addition to rewarding benefits.
