Our agile software team are all in-house employees and are responsible for the design, development, and testing of our software, in addition to client support. Job Brief You will be working as part of our Software Development Team, tasked with the maintenance and improvement of our flagship, market-leading, property management SaaS solution, RiskWise. You will be actively engaged in collaborative design and development work on both our LAMP-stack web application and our hybrid (Ionic) mobile app. Furthermore, you will be working alongside your fellow developers, business analysts, and software testers through regular participation in our various Behaviour Driven Development collaborative design and Specification by Example product refinement sessions. Responsibilities: Bug / defect identification and resolution Development of small-scale system features & enhancements Code Quality Refactoring, Review, and Enforcement Work collaboratively within an established Software Development Lifecycle framework, adhering to established source code control, peer review, static code analysis, and automated test processes Active participation in Feature / Enhancement User Story refinement workshops Requirements: Proficiency with HTML, XML, CSS, and JavaScript Exposure to LAMP-stack development (ideally with object-oriented PHP) Exposure to Angular, React, or similar modern Javascript framework Excellent interpersonal and communication skills An analytical approach to problem-solving A passion for collaborative development Prior experience working within an Agile Development Team is beneficial, but not crucial Why choose us?
