Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our practice's reach. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, with the ability to identify new opportunities, build strong relationships, and implement effective strategies that enhance our practice's success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Analyse market trends and competitors to develop innovative approaches.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and outreach.

- Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and results.

Requirements:

- Proven track record in business development, preferably within the healthcare or dental industry.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience
