Job Title: Multi-Skilled Operative (Handyman) Working Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday Hourly Rate: £14 per hour Location: Durham Job Description: We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Multi-Skilled Operative to join our team. The role involves a variety of tasks including painting, hanging doors, and general maintenance work. Key Responsibilities: * Carrying out painting and decorating tasks to a high standard. * Hanging doors and general carpentry work. * Completing maintenance and repair jobs as required. * Reporting completed jobs via a tablet (provided). * Occasional remote work Requirements: * Must have experience in painting, carpentry, and general handyman tasks. * Own tools required. * Full UK driving licence (Van provided for work purposes). * Fuel expenses covered by the company. * Ability to work independently and manage workload.
