Our strategic plan for sustainable development over the next few years, is to have more and better homes where people love living and working.Our Core ValuesRespectOpennessResponsibilityPurpose of the role:The Marketing and Communications Manager is responsible for delivering core tactics in the Greensleeves Care marcomms strategy to help drive occupancy and progress our corporate goals.What You’ll Do:Generate interest and leads through effective marketing and comms strategiesManage effective campaigns from start to endManage content and assetsBrief and manage the production of designs, working with the Greensleeves Care designerOversee the placement and production of traditional marketing materials, including print and Out of Home (OOH) advertisingEnsure strong digital presenceSupport corporate and internal communicationsSupport engagement with internal teams, residents, families, and external partnersMonitor and evaluate the performance of campaigns and marketing tactics, providing insights and recommendations for improvementAct as a representative of the Trust and deal with Trust customers, stakeholders, advisors and the public in a professional manner at all times.Encourage team-working and effective communication with colleagues.Why Greensleeves CareMeaningful Work: Experience the fulfilment of making a positive impact on the lives of others.Training and Growth: We’re committed to your professional development.
