Role: - Laboratory Technician- Chemistry Graduate Location: - Denbighshire- onsite Salary: - Competitive starting salary Hours:- Mon-Thurs (08:00-16:30pm), Friday (08:00-15:00pm) Russell Taylor Group have a fantastic opportunity for a Chemistry graduate to join a SME based in Denbighshire. This company specialises in contract manufacturing solutions. Full training will be given, but previous experience in wet chemistry throughout the degree is a must. This is a fantastic opportunity for a fresh graduate straight out of University who wants to get first hand experience of working in industry and being involved in multiple elements of the job. Responsibilities Assist the sites R&D activities and laboratory operations Working on and developing new and innovative formulations and products within the horticulture sector. Conduct Wet Chemistry techniques Work alongside key stakeholders to promote, establish and maintain the sites accreditations. Conduct stability trials. Conduct report writing following on from completing the tests. Help to promote H&S The Person Educated to degree level or equivalent in Chemistry or Crop Science. Experience of wet chemistry techniques Strong practical skills within the laboratory. Knowledge of REACH regulations is desirable. Knowledge of COSHH Strong IT skills Excellent communication skills.
