Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team to support various marketing initiatives, primarily focused on digital content, website management and email campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Manage the company’s online presence, including the website, social media profiles, and other digital platforms.
  • Analyse and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data to inform strategy and improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging and relevant content for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Optimise website content, landing pages, and user experience for SEO and conversion rate improvement.
  • Manage and oversee social media campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance analysis.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Work with external agencies and vendors to execute campaigns and manage digital marketing tools.
  • Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Coordinate & manage company events including exhibitions.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) and social media management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
