Assistant Quantity Surveyor

You should have several years experience as a Quantity Surveyor working for a Building Contractor, preferably dealing with cladding and facades. You will be educated to degree level in Quantity Surveying and idealy have membership of a relevant professional body, such as RICS. In addition to being a commercial thinker who is flexible and pragmatic, essential skills to have include; Good competency in using Microsoft Office software and an aptitude to learning to work with other bespoke systems. Commercial awareness across all business operations coupled with financial acumen, Ability to work independently and as part of a team, Ability to plan and prioritise activities and close out in a timely manner, High attention to detail with the ability to produce consistent high quality work within acceptable timescales.
