Fabric Engineer - Facilities Maintenance Salary: Up to £37,000 Location: Paddington, West London Join a leading Facilities Management provider as a Fabric Engineer on a static commercial contract in vibrant West London. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct statutory compliance checks to ensure all regulations are met. * Perform routine flushing and maintenance tasks. * Carry out minor carpentry work, including repairs to fixtures and fittings. * Execute minor plumbing tasks, such as changing taps, shower heads, and addressing leaks. * Handle minor electrical repairs, including replacing spotlights, sockets, switches, and fuses. Ideal Candidate: * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Commercial/Building Services Industry. * Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative. * Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
