Position : Specialist Pan Asian Chef De Partie Employer : LatinAmerican themed restaurant group Location: Glasgow+ UK wide Gross OTE salary package : circa £34,000 + (incl.share of serv. chge + targeted bonus) Weekly working hours / days 48 hours / 5 days Benefits & Entitlements: 28 days paid holiday (pro rata) incentives, employers workplace pension,employee care and wellbeing support + more Your role involves the skilful preparation of complex Pan Asian dishes and specialties specific to the regional theme of the establishment and its menus. You will be responsible for a series of kitchen operation duties commensurate with job role, including training and supervising Commi Chefs and other junior kitchen staff. To qualify for selection you must have the following minimum requirements: - Eligibility to live and work in UK Experience in the preparation of authentic high quality Pan Asian dishes Technical knowledge of ingredient quality, sourcing, measure & formulation Industrial training in a world renowned Culinary / Hospitality institute Previous experience of at least 3 years to date in this role + min 3 years of prior experience in escalating job roles Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols Evidence of sound health and fitness ie.
