We are currently recruiting for a well-established Housing Provider in London for an experienced Housing Patch Manager to cover Wembley and Brent on a temporary basis an initial 3 months.
You will be required to manage and coordinate excellent housing estate services within a defined geographical patch. Be the accountable customer facing representative across all tenures including rented, shared ownership and leasehold customers.
You will coordinate internal and external services to meet the diverse needs of customers delivering services that meet individual and local needs to a high standard and within the guidelines set.
Experience required
Housing management experience
Experience of managing leasehold and shared ownership tenures
Knowledge of all housing and anti-social behaviour related legislation, including service charges
Working hours 37 per week hybrid flexible hours, hourly rate 29.12ph Umbrella.
