Senior Project Manager Heritage

Kenna Recruitment are representing a High-end contractor, based in the city of London, who are in the market for a Senior Project manager to join their team. The scheme is a £20millon refurbishment in an extremely prestigious part of West London and home to some of the most sought-after buildings and properties in the UK. Highly established company who work on some interesting and bespoke projects, they value their employees and have a great reputation for a low staff turnover and progressing their employees to the next level of their career. You’ll be liaising with the Operations manager giving regular updates on progression and where they’re at with deadlines, also be responsible for ensuring the sub-contractors are doing the job correctly/safely and on time, meeting the project programme whilst making sure the project is being delivered to the highest standard and to the client’s needs. The ideal candidate would have worked on High end bespoke one-off residential schemes varying up to £10 million in value or alternatively experience managing multiple projects at any one time.
