Corporate Solicitor - £65,000+ Salary & Excellent benefits package
This team advises a wide variety of clients and now seeks a highly capable Corporate Solicitor, to lead on transactions, whilst also supporting the ex-magic circle Partners.
You will be joining a leading national team with expertise in acquisitions and disposals, restructurings and reorganisations, private equity and venture capital, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, LLPs and partnerships, start-ups, private investors, and business advisory.
The successful candidate will play a key role within the team, working closely with the lead Partners, nurturing London-based and national client relationships, promoting the growth of the wider business and the corporate team across the UK.
This opportunity is well-suited to a high-performing lawyer, seeking to access the highest quality transactions, as well as continued training and development, building a long-term career with a highly ambitious national firm.
The Candidate
- A Corporate Solicitor with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience
- A strong grounding in corporate matters, having trained with a reputable firm
- Willing to participate in marketing and business development activities
- Seeking a new challenge within a market-leading firm
- A high level of commerciality and motivation to drive growth
- Strong academic profile
