Our customers typically run with a Microsoft technology stack using the key Azure technologies such as Data Factory, Data Warehouse, Synapse and Fabric alongside PowerBI as the analytics tool. Our automation services focus on low-code delivery of automation and apps via the PowerPlatfom Suite. Experience consulting with mid-market businesses in the Not-for-Profit, Hospitality, or Professional Services sectors is advantageous.

What You’ll Do...
Client Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact for mid-size clients, understanding their business needs, and translating them into technical requirements.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to identify new opportunities for data and development services and provide presales support (e.g. RFP response, project time estimations).
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through successful project delivery and ongoing support.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, developers, and analysts.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
- Set clear expectations and goals for team members, providing regular feedback and performance evaluations.
- Manage team priorities through regular sprint planning.
Technical Expertise:
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in data management and development, advocating for them across the business and with customers.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team in selecting appropriate technologies and methodologies for client solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and best practices.
What You Need to Succeed...
- Demonstrable familiarity with data engineering and automation concepts.
- Experience with Microsoft PowerPlatform and Dynamics is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members, and drive the growth and success of this team
