We have been able to offer our internal team clear routes of progression and our Senior Management team has been grown internally, developing talented individuals into experienced managers. We are currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator on a full time, contract basis. This role is based full time in our office, based near London Bridge. Role responsibilities: Full management of our company LinkedIn page. Creating vibrant and eye-catching posts in line with internal branding to advertise roles Creating engaging videos to promote the business. Producing a post to support and promote every active role being advertised by the business. Posting at least two videos per week to our vacancies. Posting at least one article per week to engage followers / attract new followers. Ensuring that our social media posts are shared and reposted in order to increase our reach across the industry. Full management of our social media pages to promote the business in accordance with ethos and brand principles. Oversee management of our company websites, ensuring that all information is relevant, accurate and up to date. Identify and manage opportunities to increase Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) to increase visibility of our websites and job posts. Manage the suite of marketing material for the company – updating and amending as required. Produce new marketing material as required, to support – Internal Recruitment, Candidate interaction and Client interaction – along with other material as required by the business. Create and manage all branding requirements for the business. Provide regular Management Information to the senior management team, with guidance on how to improve the effectiveness of our marketing output. Requirements: A creative eye with proven skills across digital marketing responsibilities. Experience with video editing / motion graphic software applications. Basic to mid-level knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Email marketing and website (CMS) knowledge is highly desired. Demonstrated copywriting, editing and proofreading skills. Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and time management with a proactive and motivated approach.
