Senior Procurement Manager

with

Security Clearance

to lead complex procurement activities. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in regulated procurement environments, particularly in public sector or defence industries. Key Responsibilities

: Procurement Strategy

: Develop robust assessment models, create procurement schedules, and produce Invitations to Tender (

ITT

). Supplier Engagement

: Engage with the marketplace to refine and agree on procurement strategies. Procurement Execution

: Manage the entire tender process, including launching the

ITT

, responding to tender queries, and managing the evaluation process. Contract Award Recommendation

: Produce a detailed recommendation report for governance and approval. Required Skillset

: Procurement Experience

: Extensive experience in managing large, complex procurements, particularly within the

public sector

or

defence industry

: Must have worked in procurement within a

regulated environment
