Working within a thriving and growing industry, we have aggressive and exciting growth plans in the future to really help expand and develop the business further.As part of that growth, we are currently recruiting for a Commercial Manager (Post Award) to join our Rental Division! If you have a high level of commercial management experience and are passionate about the industry, we want to hear from you.The Opportunity: The purpose of this role is to manage the Commercial team in order to maximise margin and opportunities, ensure timely submission of applications and cash is collected in a timely manner. Assist with final accounts and disputes to ensure commercial success.Key Responsibilities:Management and development of the commercial teams and daily operations in the department Live project Summary report reviews, ensure financial reports and forecasts are complete and accurate at month end Resolve Final Account disputes with clients and Sub-contractors within 2 months of off hire and ensure dilapidations are maximised.Understanding of contracts and associated risk areasLead CPR meeting covering all live projects.Review weekly cashflow to ensure we maximise collection of outstanding cash and prompt resolution of customer queries/accounts.Compare PDOC’s to scope to monitor overspend and any margin degradationMonitor costs and margins on projects in hire cycle due to maintenance, remedial and variation ordersAssist with negotiations of subcontractors to maximise margin through negotiation and tighter control over costs and variation orders.Why Premier Modular?At Premier Modular we have an extensive benefits package on offer for this role, this includes a competitive starting salary along with 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and an annual bonus scheme of up to 12.5%.
