IBA Manager

A great opportunity for an IBA Manager to bring their experience to an exciting and growing Lloyd's broker and shape the future direction of the IBA function. The role will have a clear focus on process development, examples of which will include: Bringing the frontline credit control processes into the IBA team from producers Development and documentation of enhanced IBA and reconciliation processes Being a key person in the implementation of a new insurance system Management of an IBA legacy project As IBA Manager the role will carry the full responsibility for the following: Production of the client money calculation in accordance with CASS5 Ensuring the timely collection of premiums Management reporting including on aged debts, unallocated cash, funding and bad debts Staff management, mentoring and development Responsible for delivery of the monthly and year end close Assisting directly with complicated client ledger queries Involvement in further projects Assisting senior management more broadly with finance matters This is an excellent time to join this organisation and due to projected growth there will be excellent further opportunities for development and progression. **Our client is committed to diversity in all of its forms and operates an inclusive recruitment process** TPBN1_UKTJ
